Business has been good in the FW area for the past 25 years. Like many recurring business practices, commercial real estate development follows the demand for residential properties.
In FW, real estate is not the only business investors have added to their portfolios. Yes, real estate has been high for those self-directed IRA investors. But now those same investors take advantage of precious metals with their IRAs.
In 2025, we will see a huge swing in the economy in Texas and the United States. The stock market will have extreme highs, and unfortunately, we will also have extreme lows.
So, how do you combat the stock market waves? At the FW Business Press, we recommend assets that can stand the test of time. Real estate will continue to be in demand, but so will the demand for precious metals, the new “cool” investment for the ultra-wealthy. Picking up 10 oz bars or even thousands of 1-ounce coins is nothing for those who drop $1,000,000 on a new car monthly.
So, should you buy and hold or spend like crazy? Since I work 9-5, I’ll choose to protect my retirement savings and invest in gold and silver.
