Colleyville space leased for salt treatment center
A Colleyville resident has leased 2,000 square feet at Southlake Corners for a wellness enterprise known as The Salt Cave.
When open on Aug. 15, the halotherapy, or salt therapy, center will offer what it calls healing techniques for adults and children suffering from allergies, eczema, stress, snoring, coughing and other maladies.
The tenant, Shane Jackson of Colleyville, was represented in the transaction by Monika Guzman-Perez of Coldwell Baker Commercial Alliance DFW. Kendall Ibsen represented the landlord.
Southlake Corners, between the Texas 114 service road and East Kimball Boulevard, offers Class A office space in a 134,984-square-foot suburban center.

Mansfield office building sold
A 5,004-square-foot Mansfield office building has been sold to a developer whose name was not disclosed.
Marketing the property at 1750 Broad Park Circle was Philip Levy, vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office.
The property is fully occupied. Its tenants include Elite View Imaging LLC and the medical offices of Dr. Michael Polson. The building was constructed in 2008 and sits on a 0.56-acre tract.

SALES
Brookline Investment Group has purchased the 126-unit Manchester Park apartments at 2011 Lincoln Drive in Arlington from Landmark Apartment Trust. Representing the seller in the transaction were Chris Deuillet and Dirk Goris of CBRE. The buyer plans to revitalize 10,000 square feet of unused clubhouse space, including six racquetball courts, at Manchester Park.
South Texas Parts Addition has purchased 1 acre along FM 407 in Flower Mound. Representing the buyer in the transaction was Russ Webb of Silver Oak Commercial Realty, with Larry Rose of Stewart-Rose Properties representing the seller.
Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has purchased 57,000 square feet for an undisclosed price at Tarrant Parkway Commons, 2003-2005 S. Main St. in Keller, according to Xceligent Inc. Representing the buyer was Jessica Donnelli of UCR Real Advisors-DFW. Adam Howells and Kevin Catalini of UCR Retail Advisors-DFW and Urban represented the seller.
Cidema II LP has purchased 91,245 square feet for an undisclosed price at 2817 Braswell Drive in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. Bob Scully of CBRE-Fort Worth represented the buyer in the transaction. Todd Hawpe of Transwestern-Fort Worth represented the seller.

LEASES
Kaplan Higher Education has leased 25,000 square feet at 2001 Beach St. in Fort Worth from Beach Street Investors. Kurt Cherry of PMRG represented the owner in the transaction, and Matt Montague of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
CDL Lightning Service has leased 2,000 square feet at Riverbend Building 6, 2636 Gravel Road in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. Representing the landlord were George Jennings and Donnie Rohde of Holt Lunsford-Fort Worth.
Lasco Remodeling has leased 2,000 square feet at Riverbend Building 7, 2600-2634 in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. Representing the landlord in the transaction were George Jennings and Donnie Rohde of Holt Lunsford-Fort Worth.
Legacy Salon and Day Spa has leased 9,143 square feet at Overton Park Plaza, 4740 Southwest Loop 820 in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. Representing the tenant in the transaction was Carey Moen of SRS Real Estate Partners. Jeffrey Warwick of Weingarten Realty Investors-Houston represented the landlord.
White House Black Market has leased 3,915 square feet at The Westbrook, 425 Houston St. in Fort Worth, according to Xceligent Inc. William Booker of Sundance Square Management represented the landlord in the transaction.
Daiichi Sankyo has leased 3,238 square feet of office space in Solana at 9 Village Circle in Westlake. Representing the tenant in the transaction was David Walters of Jones Lang LaSalle. Rodney Helm and Chris Taylor with Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, CW Capital.

MOL Logistics has renewed its lease for 12,000 square feet at 750 Port America Place in Grapevine from ProLogis Targeted US. Representing the tenant in the transaction were Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.
AcrylicSource has leased 10,000 square feet at 3405 Dalworth St. in Arlington from Tarrant County Properties. Doug Hanna of TIG Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction, with Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Colliers International representing the landlord.
Goza & Carreras PC has leased 806 square feet at The Landmark, 2201 N. Collins St. in Arlington, according to Xceligent Inc. Representing the tenant and the landlord, Collin St. Properties LLC, in the transaction was Erik Blais of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Investment Services.
