Panther FW, Atlas CP snap up Dallas property

Panther FW Investments LLC has purchased a five-building industrial portfolio in the Valwood and East Brookhollow submarkets of Dallas.

The real estate investment firm partnered with Atlas CP in the deal, marking the second time they have collaborated, this time with Atlas principals P.J. Brady and Brad Hannagan.

The firms also collaborated in purchasing an industrial portfolio of 10 buildings in San Antonio in late 2012.

The newly purchased Dallas portfolio comprises five office-warehouse facilities totaling 303,420 square feet. The buildings are leased to several local, regional and national tenants.

Panther also has ownership positions in five Dallas-area multifamily properties.

Panther FW Investments LLC is a private equity real estate investment firm founded by Douglas Kincaid, Tommy Pigg and Ben Loughry.

Atlas CP, a private real-estate investment company, focuses on investing in and owning institutional quality, multi-tenant industrial portfolios and office assets throughout the southern United States.
