Whitlock moving to Flower Mound from Irving

Global audio/visual firm Whitlock plans to relocate its regional headquarters in Irving to the Town of Flower Mound, bringing 120 jobs with a $55,000 average annual salary to its new location.
Whitlock, which has its corporate headquarters in Richmond, Va., has signed a 10-year lease for a 40,000-square-foot space within the Lakeside Ridge development, located at the southwest corner of Lakeside Parkway and Gerault Road. The building is currently under construction through developer Crow Holdings Industrial, an affiliate of Crow Holdings, a Dallas-based investment firm.


“Whitlock is experiencing tremendous growth due to its timeless approach of putting customers first, and we’re thrilled the Lakeside Business District provided the right opportunity for their continued success,” said Flower Mound Economic Development Director Mark Wood.
The Lakeside Business District is a 1,500-acre, master-planned area within Flower Mound, located three miles north of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
Whitlock, founded in 1956, specializes in collaborative technology design, integration and managed services.
