Enterhost, a Fort Worth provider of cloud-based IT business solutions, is launching a new product line, featuring office phone, business email, cloud hosting, backup, disaster recovery and virtualization.
The repositioning also includes what is touted as a new, jargon-free brand and a new website, which was unveiled last week at the 2013 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Houston.
Kevin Valadez and Ben Tiblets founded Enterhost as a hosting company in 2000. Since then, the company has evolved with technology as IT has continued to place itself at the center of business.
“We are always looking at ways we can improve our offerings, and as our customers have recovered from the recent economic downturn, we realized they needed different solutions to improve their operations,” Valadez said. “From small- to medium-sized businesses to our enterprise-level clientele, our customers were asking for functional products that heighten collaboration, protect assets and streamline costs.”
In addition to the launch of new IT business solutions, Enterhost created a company mascot – Tech Tom.
“Some business owners benefit from having a human element they can relate to as they navigate the often-murky waters of making decisions around IT for their companies,” Tiblets said. “We designed Tech Tom to be inclusive and straight-talking, guiding our customers to the right technology for their businesses.”
Enterhost specializes in Windows applications for office phone and business email as well as cloud storage, backup, disaster recovery, virtualization and colocation. The firm’s team of Microsoft-certified professionals provides support for clients worldwide. The company has key partnerships with Microsoft (Gold Hosting, Silver Devices and Deployment, Silver Management and Virtualization, Silver Server Platform, Silver Communications, and Silver Midmarket Solution Provider), Dell (Premier), and VMWare (Professional Service Provider).
