Higginbotham goes global with Globex International

Independent insurance and financial services firm Higginbotham & Associates of Fort Worth announced Oct. 30 it has formed a partnership with Globex International Group to provide commercial insurance, loss control and employee benefit solutions to

Higginbotham’s U.S. –based customers with multinational operations.

Based in New Jersey, Globex is an international insurance, employee benefits and risk management firm that provides independent brokers and consultants with the ability to operate globally. Globex has a network of 300 brokers and consultants in 130 countries outside the U.S.

The new partnership will enable Higginbotham to offer expanded services to its multinational customers, including risk identification and exposure analysis, marketing and placement of property/casualty coverage, group benefits assessment, benefit plan design, benchmarking and compliance assistance with regard to cultural laws and practices.

Higginbotham, one of the 100 largest independent insurance agencies in the United States, has provided broad commercial and personal insurance and financial services since 1948. The firm is broadening its presence by joining forces with insurance agencies that have footholds in their local markets or niche practices.
