Western store joins West 7th development
Teskey’s western store in Weatherford will open a new location in Fort Worth’s West 7th development called Teskey’s Uptown, set to open early December.
Teskey’s signed a 4,300-square-foot lease for space along Crockett Street – one block south of West Seventh Street in Fort Worth’s Cultural District – inside the massive West 7th mixed-use project.
Though the original Teskey’s 70,000-square-foot location at 3100 W. Interstate 20 in Weatherford offers feed, medication, saddles and farrier supplies as well as a full clothing line and a surf shop, Teskey’s Uptown will operate as a ‘boutique’ variation.
The store brand is owned and operated by Michael and Anissa Teskey of Weatherford. The business opened in 1999 and established a storefront in 2000.
The space was negotiated by Roger Chieffalo with Chieffalo Realty and Jim Binge will serve as general contractor. Julie Eastman with Extraordinary Events and Design in Fort Worth will handle the interior design.
